Applicants must agree to participate in a program, which
includes a commitment to:
- Complete a Business Plan within the first 3 months of
occupancy. Assistance in completing the Business Plan is
- Meet, at quarterly with our staff and provide them with
up-to-date financial statements for the purpose of
evaluating financial performance.
- Attend, at minimum, one business related class or
workshop per year.
- Attend no less than, ten networking events yearly.
EMPOWERING ENTREPENUERS THROUGH BUSINESS
Small commercial, craft or service business. A one stop business center designed to help
small and microbusiness owners start, grow, manage their businesses.
We help new entrepenuers develop a sound plan, get a solid understanding of the market
and how to maintain a good grasp of where the cash flow is.
We also assist in getting funding and keep overhead low.
The program targets businesses that create and retain job opportunities, for low to
moderate income residents. Types of eligible businesses will include manufacturing, retail,
service, tourism, and agriculture.
